Job Description

Overview

The Sales Support Executive works closely with the German co-founders to support their business development initiatives. This role focuses on executing assigned sales-related tasks, such as building target account lists, gathering market data, and maintaining documentation.
It is a non-client-facing, execution-driven position with no commission scheme.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting Support

  • Research and compile target account lists based on given criteria (industry, region, company size, etc.).
  • Identify and verify decision-makers’ contact information through LinkedIn, company websites, or other tools.
  • Maintain clean and organized data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.

2. Sales Channel Support

  • Assist with bidding portal management: monitor opportunities, collect requirements, and prepare submission materials when needed.
  • Support co-founders in managing leads from personal networks or ongoing discussions.

3. Coordination & Reporting

  • Track progress of outreach lists and pipeline activities in coordination with the German team.
  • Prepare simple progress or summary reports (weekly or ad-hoc) for internal review.
  • Maintain shared folders, templates, and records of sales documentation.

4. Administrative Assistance

  • Support document formatting, file management, and translation tasks (EN ↔ DE) when required.
  • Help with other assigned administrative or research tasks related to business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong research and data management skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Good English communication skills (German is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable in following instructions.
  • Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and multiple time zones.

Positioning

  • Reports to: German Co-Founders / Head of Sales (Vietnam)
  • Works with: German Sales Team, Sales Operations
  • Focus: Prospect research, data preparation, and administrative support
  • Compensation: Fixed salary (no commission scheme)
